Privacy policy

We only collect data when it is necessary:

• your email address, to create and secure your account;
• your first name and profile photo (from your Google account, or one you add);
• your age, level and subjects, if you give them;
• your conversations with TEMO and the files you send (photos, PDF, Word…);
• what you write in our forms (name, email, phone, message).

• to answer your questions and prepare diagrams, sheets and presentations;
• to sum up your journey (“My journey”);
• to answer your contact, quote or subscription requests;
• to protect the service (usage limits, preventing abuse).

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties, except where required by law or with your explicit consent.

To work, TEMO relies on a few technical services, which only process your data on our behalf:

• Anthropic (Claude), to produce the answers;
• Google (Firebase), if you sign in with Google;
• our email service, to send sign-in codes and answer your requests.

Conversations erase themselves after 60 days. Your account is kept until it is deleted. Other data is kept only as long as strictly necessary.

All data is stored securely. We use technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

TEMO uses sign-in cookies, which are needed to stay signed in. Your browser also keeps your preferences (language, pricing country).

No advertising cookies, no tracking tools.

You have rights of access, correction, deletion and objection, provided in particular by Moroccan law no. 09-08. To exercise them, write to us via the Contact page or at contact@teamelghazi.com.
